Nation’s High level talk began between KIO’s delegates and Burmese government representatives in Ruili, China-Myanmar Border

The Nation’s high level talks on issue of meaningful political dialogues in between KIO and Burmese government representatives met at Ruili, China-Myanmar border on January 18, 2012. The meeting began from 1:15pm.

Whereas U Aung Taung was represented in the meeting as a leader on behalf of Burmese Government Peace Group Committee for Kachin state ethnic issue and Sara Kaba Sumlut Gam led the delegates from KIO.

The talk was first initiated from KIO led delegates from Sara Kaba Sumlut Gam presenting the desired goals and deserved ethnic rights covering the equality for the rights of all citizenship in Myanmar; genuine federal state and Self-determination of the ethnic minority of Myanmar.
