Sine 09 June 2011, the civil war launched bu Burma military against KIA and Kachin civilian but many of inexperience Burmese soldiers were killed in the battle. This killing and civil war instruction was given by Burma regime government without consideration lives of innocent soldiers. In past Burma history records, this was the highest numbers of casualty and significant numbers of Burmese soldiers being killed in the civil war. Recently on 01 December 2011, many of Burmese soldiers are killed fierce offensive attack against KIA 3rd Brigade in Wuhtau Bum Kachinland. Thus Burma army is intensifying its attack, deployed more soldiers, weapons, artilleries and continue this deadly war game in spite many soldiers and innocent civilian were killed according to report. According to KIA information cited that, 600 Burmese soldiers have arrived in Waimaw Washawng KIA control areas on 13 and 14 December 2011 to continue deadly civil war game.
KIA sources also confirmed that 1000 newly graduated Burmese soldiers are also deployed to different war zone to have hand on experience in this civil deadly war against KIA and Kachin civilian. Another KIA report also cited that these graduate soldiers are being told by Burmese military to gain deadly experience. However Burmese military has put not even own soldier lives or the lives of many Kachin civilian in danger but also leading the whole country at risk of political turmoil.

There was another deadly 2 days long offensive attacked by Burmses battalion kh-la-ya(142) from Daw Hpum Yang Town, Kachin State against KIA 24th and 15th battalion. The attacked started on 14 December 2011 until 15 December 2011 fiercely by Burmese soldiers. A group of Burmese soldiers are trapped in the attack and KIA troops has in control in this battle according to report from front line battle zone.KIA report from war zone also cited that Burmese soldiers take the Church in Dingga village as bunker and launching artilleries against KIA forces. These battles zone is not so far to KIA HQ Laiza and clearly hear loud bombing and artilleries shelling sound from Laiza Town.
On December 5, 2011, KIA army from military unit (7) has burnt down the Burmese soldier’s one Back Hole that was parked close to KIA Brigade (1) area. And 4 Burmese soldiers from Putao base LIB (138) were also killed at the spot taking security for the Back Hole by the KIA soldiers from KIA military unit (7).

The Burmese government continues to deny the UN and international aid organizations access to war refugees in conflict zones in Kachin State, northern Burma, where thousands of local villagers have been displaced by fierce fighting between government troops and Kachin rebels.
Local relief workers estimate that there are more than 34,000 war refugees in the town of Laiza, which hosts the headquarters of the rebel Kachin Independence Army (KIA), the militia that has engaged the Burmese army for the past six months.
At least 7,000 local civilians were displaced in the first week of December from 30 villages in the townships of Momauk, Waimaw and Bamaw, all of which are close to the Sino-Burmese border, as clashes intensify between the two sides, according to local aid groups(More++click+++)
Reports from the frontline indicate that the Burmese army suffered significant losses in the Wuhtau Bum area, home to the headquarters of the KIA’s Battalion No. 3. Reached by phone KIA officers in Wuhtau Bum claim their forces have strongly resisted the government's advance in the area, which is located in the Kachin Independence Army's Brigade No. 5.
A Kachin resident in Sadung, a village presently under the control of KIA Battalion No. 3 told the Kachin News Group on Thursday that over 100 government soldiers from the newly arrived Kalaw-based Light Infantry Division (LID) No. 55 were killed and dozens more wounded in the last 24 hours.
He said that earlier in the week many more soldiers from the Magway-based Light Infantry Division No. 88 were killed in the same area, he estimated that at least 200 hundred Burmese soldiers had been killed in the area during the past week. Several soldiers from Kachin militia groups loyal to Naypyidaw were also among the dead, the villager added.
Over 30 military horses from the Burmese Army were seized during the past week, according to officers from the KIA’s Battalion 3.
KIA officials say that their use of guerrilla tactics have resulted in few losses for their side. Both the KIA and the Burmese army have used small arms and artillery against each other, forcing many civilians to flee for safety.
Last month representatives of President Thein Sein’s nominally civilian government and the KIO met twice for talks which have so far failed bring about a halt to the fighting. The Burmese army continues to send in troops to the area, leading many to conclude that Naypyidaw wants to bring about a military solution to the conflict.

Officials from the Kachin Independence Army claim that on Wednesday their forces killed more than 60 government soldiers attempting an offensive in Gauri Krung-Maru Ying Sung in Manmaw (Bhamo) District.
According to the KIA the heavy losses were inflicted by a combined force from the KIA’s Battalion No. 15 and their allies from the People’s Army, a sister force of the KIA.
While most of the estimated original group of 100 Burmese soldiers were either killed or had fled, the Kachin forces believe they have now encircled the remaining 30 troops , a People’s Army officer told the Kachin News Group (KNG) late Wednesday night.
A KIA officer on the scene said that Kachin resistance force’s casualties were minimal.
Two days ago, the Burmese army overran the Loi Ying, headquarters of the KIA’s Battalion 15. In June the Burmese army launched its offensive ostensibly to provide security for the Taping (Dapein) hydroelectric dam located near Loi Ying.
A KIA official named Zau Seng told KNG that the Burmese army recently sent more than 1,000 troops to capture territory belonging to the KIA’s Battalion 15, in an attempt to cut off the KIA’s Laiza headquarters from its 3rd Brigade based in Mai Ja Yang and 4th Brigade based in northern Shan State.
He dismissed the Burmese army’s claim that it launched an offensive in the area to protect the Chinese-run Dapein dam, as it was built in KIO territory with the group’s cooperation.
Fighting between the Kachin resistance and the Burmese army is currently taking place in the townships of Waingmaw, Hpakant, Myitkyina and Danai.

There was another deadly battle between KIA 15th battalion force under KIA 5thBrigade and Burma soldiers at near Prang Hkadung, KIA control area. No exact numbers of casualties are reported from both side. The Burma army is sending more soldiers to all over KIA control areas to continue attack against KIA and Kachin people. We Kachin people strongly condemn Burma government army the terrible attack and intrusion against Kachin civilian and KIA.
Mungu based Burma army was under deadly attack on 04 December 2011 at 2:00am Burma time by KIA forces 36 and 38 battalion under KIA 4th Brigade Shan State. The attack killed (11) Burma soldiers and many of them injured reported by eyes witness. In this defensive attack, KIA HERO Mr Sumlut Gam Seng has sacrificed his life for KIA and Kachin people and injured another KIA HERO. The Burma army commander from the Mungu based was flee to China every night due to fear of attack by KIA and dead reported by eye witness. Many Burma army soldiers are fear of dead and refuse go to KIA control areas or front line. They have no other choice but to follow the Burma government order to follow.
There was another deadly arms clash between KIA and offensive Burma on 4th December 2011 in Kaji Lagat Kawng hte Htingnu Kawng, Sinlum town according to eye witness report. Many Burma soldiers suffer serious injuries and there was no casualty form KIA side. The Burma army is increasingly send its troop to all over KIA control areas and there is chance for cease fire talk instead fierce offensive by Burma army continue against KIA and Kachin people. The fierce fighting continue at 40 mile away from KIA Division Mai Ja Yang thus most of the Kachin civilian remain calm in their home and some of them flee to China side due to fear of torture, looting, killing and gang rape by Burma soldiers.

The Burma soldiers detained 1 Indian old woman and 1 Kachin old woman at Irrawaddy river bridge checkpoint in Myitkyina Kachin State for positioned of bombs. Investigation reveal and both old woman confessed that the bombs was force to carry by one of Burma Major from ma-pa-hka battalion instructed two of them to place the bombs at cross road junction near Buddhist temple. No one know for sure when the two detained woman will be released. Among them 10 injured soldiers from Burma battalions and there was a truck in Hospital in Muse town loaded with two broken motorbike and one deer horn according to eyes witness reported.
